The problem is that some board vendors combine digital and analog
encoder as a single DVI-I and others leave them as separate HDMI and
VGA ports, however they share the same DDC line and show up the same
way in the bios tables. If we exposed them as a single DVI-I or
HDMI+VGA, it would be confusing to some set of users. Depending on
how prevalent each type is, it may make sense to quirk one or the
other.
