[Bug 19581] ati driver cannot resume using dri

Okay I have restarted in runlevel 3, no X running and no radeon, fglrx or drm
module loaded. This works half, the computer resumes, the keyboard works,
remote login works, however the screen does not go on. This is probably another
issue.

When I run X, without drm or radeon module loaded, I can suspend and resume.
When I run X using the fglrx driver, without drm or radeon loaded, I can
suspend and resume.
