[Bug 20225] [HD3470 + HD3200] Dual cards prevents X from starting / black screen

I've got two video cards, one is an NVidia 7300 GT, the other is ATI
X1250. Both are plugged onto the board. By setting up 'BusID' in
xorg.conf, xf86-video-ati can correctly recognize my X1250, otherwise it
will stop loading, complaining about something like 'multiple primary
card detected'. It seems this bug existed in the earlier versions of the
ati driver for several weeks ago my Xorg wouldn't start up with both cards
plugged in.
