Accelerated DownloadFromScreen is indeed known to be unreliable on some AGP
setups, which is why the driver option "AccelDFS" defaults to off. It looks
like this logic isn't hooked up for R6/700 yet though.

Anyway I think things are pointing to the driver, reassigning.
