The monitor doesn't like something about the timing.  It could be a bad
combination of pll dividers or something with the crtc timing parameters.  I'm
sure the windows driver has tons of quirks that we don't have yet.  Try
slightly modified modelines until you find one that works and we can try and
then we can try and come up with a quirk to deal with it properly.
