Radeon driver display corruption

25-03-09 updated radeon driver to 6.12.2, after restarting x, I experienced
display corruption mainly on components like the textbox , radio button and
others.
Changed driver to radeonhd as a temporary workaround, probably will try to
downgrade later.
Attached dmesg, lspci with -vv , xorg.0.log , xorg.conf using -logverbose 7 and
screenshot of the black bars.
