With this config X gets the modes right, but then dies with a sig11.

X refuses to set a PAL compatible mode on the VGA output, either by crashing or
by saying "no usable screens found". See the attached xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log
files.

(The logs were taken with a TFT monitor connected on the DVI output, in
addition to the TV connected on the VGA output with a VGA->RGB Scart cable.
Both monitors were turned on.)
