Applied the latest BIOS from Kontron.
Seeing different behaviour now.
2nd screen (previously bleached) is now inactive when X starts. Fine prior to X
starting (text mode). 1st screen is fine (as per normal).

I tried adjusting the Options as you suggested and got the same behaviour as
above. 

I've attached the xorg.conf and Xorg.0.log file.
