[Bug 18129] radeon-git gives two blank screens

Using xf86-video-ati-6.9.0-107-g23c17c0

DVI-1 seems to be the working screen, whereas DVI-0 is the blank screen.

When I prod at it with xrandr, I can get DVI-0 to show the low res clone,
similar to the 6.8 driver. I cannot seem to change the resolution. Switching it
off works, switching it back on gives me two blank screens.
