Hardware: RV535. When using current git master (xf86-video-ati) I can see video
tearing. I tried Alex Deucher no-more-tears patch rebased to master (attached)
but it didn't work either. I played with wait flags and came up with a solution
that works for me (attached). It needs more testing.
