No XVideo with X1400

Hi there,

I just tried revision 04500c84 with my X1400.  Basically it works, and
even the software scaler works, i.e. other resolutions could be used
through xrandr.  Suspend is also working.

But apart from the missing PowerPlay support XVideo does not work for
me.  Xorg logfile is attached.  I see failures to open DRI, but that
shouldn't affect XVideo, should it?
