temporary fix

This patch will get rotation working fast.  the driver falls back with
REPEAT_NONE transformed sources.  We should be ok in the pixel exact cases like
xrandr rotation, but it's breaks render semantics in other cases.  I'm not sure
what the best fix is yet.
