With my "vertical * 2" patch I get a proper picture on the CRT monitor using
1024x768i modeline, however the monitor OSD reports 87Hz vertical frequency.

I tried a "vertical * 4" version of my patch, to see if the monitor OSD would
show the expected 43.5Hz but the monitor refused to show any picture.
