whats the situation with this now with regards to reference clock values? 
Still hard-coded to 27mhz?

I'm using a Sapphire Radeon 9600 PRO PAL card and cant get tv-out, something
happens but I just get a black screen.  Tried ntsc as well and nothing doing. 
How do I determine the real reference clock value for my card?  The driver is
using 27mhz.

This is with version 6.8.0 btw.
