Hello,

I've been following git some time (until xf86-video-ati-6.8.0_203_g24b60c8).
When I saw that new RC's were out I decided to test them, and ran into
problems with bot 6.8.191 and 6.8.192_3_g07be302. After running a couple of
days X becomes unusable because it first stops accepting keyboard input,
and after that it stops reacting to the mouse. I can still move the mouse
pointer at that point, but nothing else. It can happen within a few hours,
but also over the course of a day or more. I can escape this situation with
Alt-SysRq-I. My Xorg.0.log gets filled with:

tossed event which came in late
mieqEnequeue: out-of-order valuator event; dropping.

I have seen similar bug reports in quite a few places, but not with this
version of the radeon driver.

Xorg.0.log and xorg.conf are at:

http://www.xs4all.nl/~pjbeers/Xorg.0.log.bug-2.6.25.4-6.8.191-1
http://www.xs4all.nl/~pjbeers/xorg.conf

Some system info: kernel 2.6.25.4, Slackware 12.1, xorg-server 1.4.0.90,
mesa 7.0.2. Last working version of the radeon driver that I used was
6.8.0_203_g24b60c8.

Please let me know if you need any more information, or if you need me to
file a bug report.

Regards,

PJ
