That RADEON: PLL tweaks commit helps a lot.
The display no longer looses sync.
Now the driver is at least usable.

What is still there are, now shorter horizontal and now mostly green stripled
lines that appear on the screen. So this effect has improved too. It would be
good if we can get rid of them too.

Also, apart from the sync problems on DVI-1, I do not see any picture on DVI-0.
Shall I open a new bugid for that, or shall I add more detailed comments to the
current one?
