Resolution 700x525 on RV350

xrandr -s is xrandr 1.0 API. It has no concept of multiple outputs.
Since the radeon driver is xrandr 1.2 compliant, it's a better idea to
use the 1.2 API:
xrandr --output LVDS --mode 700x525
