Can you send me your bios?

as root:

cd /sys/bus/pci/devices/<pci slot>/
echo 1 > rom
cat rom > /tmp/rom
echo 0 > rom

you can find the pci slot from lspci:
01:05.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies ...
^^^^^^^ slot id
so:
/sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:01:05.0/
