Xorg.0.log when Dell E172FP monitor attached to rear port only

When a Dell E172FP monitor is connected to the rear VGA port via the rear
transition module (RTM) of the Kontron CP6012 blade, the monitor is 'not'
detected correctly and there is 'bleaching' evident. The Xorg.0.log file for
this scenario is attached and it shows a generic colour CRT monitor as being
detected. Not the actual monitor (Dell E172FP) as for the front connected
scenario.
