I don't have an answer to your original question about the 
ut2004-primeval.zip file location, but if you are interested in 
benchmarking Unreal Tournament 2004 you may be interested in the 
Phoronix Test Suite. The latest version does have support for the UT2004 
demo (and the other tests mentioned on the DRI Benchmarking Wiki page 
too, aside from Blender).

After downloading it from http://www.phoronix-test-suite.com/ it should 
be as easy as running: phoronix-test-suite benchmark ut2004-demo. PTS 
can run it fully autonomous, record the results, etc.
