The driver supports cloning now so you can have multiple outputs driven by the
same crtc. You'll need to specify the crtc if you want to drive the outputs
independently. Ideally the xrandr utility should do this automatically for
multi-head, but that needs to be fixed in xrandr not the driver.
xrandr --output DVI-0 --mode 1280x1024 --crtc 1
xrandr --output VGA-0 --right-of DVI-0
