split mach64 out ?

Hi,

I put some patches in http://people.freedesktop.org/~gsap7/ for splitting mach64 out of ati (I didn't upload patch 0003 which just deletes files).

The plan is that mach64 goes to xf86-video-mach64, while the ati wrapper, r128 and radeon stay with xf86-video-ati.

Distros get xf86-video-ati to depend on xf86-video-mach64, so nobody should be affected.

People who compile from git get the messages from http://people.freedesktop.org/~gsap7/0004-add-warning-messages.patch in xf86-video-ati and a similar message in xf86-video-mach64 telling them to either install xf86-video-ati or change the Driver line in xorg.conf to "mach64".

How does this sound ?

I'll probably push the 0001 patch now and the rest after 6.8 is released if this sounds good.
