you have to associate your monitor section with the appropriate
output.  right now it's associating it with the VGA port since you
didn't specify an output:
(II) RADEON(0): Output VGA-0 using monitor section Monitor0

add the following to your device section:
Option "Monitor-LVDS" "Monitor0"
