GLX pixmap support

My understanding is that the current driver does not have GLX pixmap 
support. In another discussion Michel Dänzer indicated that the new DRI2 
implementation would be required for the driver to support the function.

It is also my understanding that the pixmap support for the driver is 
currently actively being worked on.  I was curious if anyone could confirm 
that, and had some kind of status or timeframe on when that support might 
appear.
