With xf86-video-ati GIT compiled at 1302d1b019c8091986aaf9c86b25c1f36a037788,
any attempt to display a video, on any format (YUY2 and YV12), produces an
annoying vertical flickering. This occurs after commit that fixed bug #12744.
Flickering occurs even when pausing video, and is therefore not related to
double buffering. Verified with mplayer, totem, and gstreamer test in GNOME.
Module fglrx was forcibly unloaded before test.
