man.patch

Man page patch for recent updates:
- RV710 and RV730 support
- TV-out on R/RV5xx and R/RV6xx

It would also be nice to order the cards on the SUPPORTED HARDWARE section with
a better criteria, as now they appears to not be completely ordered, maybe
putting it under a family subsection, to better understand the features
supported when looking at information pages like
http://wiki.x.org/wiki/RadeonFeature, something like:

R100 family:
R100
RV100
...

R600 family:
RV610
RV630
...

R700 family:
RV710
...

I would have done that, but I don't know how to order them.
