Can you dump the regs from the last working build and current git?  Use
avivotool from here:
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~airlied/radeontool

(as root):
./avivotool regs all > working.dump
./avivotool regs all > broken.dump
and attach the dumps to the bug.
