Alex tested it on R200 but had problems where the state changes caused problems
elsewhere. There was also some issue with fullscreen. Could you describe it in
more detail though, Alex?

It is currently untested on R500, so feel free. :)

I have not implemented Jerome's suggestion of waiting for just the target area.
Right now it avoids the entire visible screen.
