Yes, I did. I'm attaching a new Xorg.0.log.

I've tried this option and it didn't fix the problem, however, computer became
really slow with this option "off" and after a few minutes it completely froze.
Only the mouse pointer was still moving and I had to do a hard reset.

You mean Option "Composite" "Disable"?
I tried that and the result was the same.

BTW, computer also froze with my latest xorg.conf with compositing disabled and
AccelDFS on while I was writing this comment.
