There is now some limited support for RS690.
DAC (analog) output should work and also direct (lvds) panels should (if the
system is booted with them active).
We don't have hardware to verify the other outputs (yet).
For DDC some registers have shifted compared to r6xx (it's using the same i2c
engine as r6xx). This may also be the case for some outputs.
