Fedora 8 infinity background causes performance problems with radeon driver

Michel,

thanks for your reply. I have already tried EXA (and just tried it once
again) but it does not seem to be an option for me. Overall performance
is much worse than with XAA. Moving windows is slow, scrolling in a
terminal or browser is slow, switching between workspaces is slow etc.
However, the particular problem with the delays seems to gone with EXA!
Unfortunately, this is not of much use in my case because of the other
problems.

What profile are you interested in?
