TMDS is kind of flaky on the 9200s in general. If your bios has bad
tmds pll tables, you can try Option "DefaultTMDSPLL" "true" to use the
generic timings in the driver. That may help. Another option would
be to try the various displaypriority options (see the radeon man
page). If those options don't help, you could either edit the driver
or use radeontool to adjust the display priority on the memory
controller. try setting bits 23-16 of GRPH_BUFFER_CNTL (offset 0x2F0)
to 0x00.
