No it's not the solution, I have the same problem even if I add Option
"BusType" "PCI"...

Have you a other proposition ?

When I see the xorg.log.0, I see that the driver radeon support the 9250 (AGP)
but I don't see that it support the 9250 (PCI) it's wright or not ?
