The IGP chips do not have an integrated TMDS controller so they use an external
chip connected via DVO to provide DVI.  Unfortunately, we do not yet support
this configuration in the radeon driver due to lack of information from ati. 
It might work if the bios initializes the external TMDS chip, otherwise you are
out of luck for the moment.
