can ati es1000 do 1600x1200 @ 24bpp?

That's probably getting pretty close to the limits of the memory
bandwidth on the ES1000.  It may work on some but not others depending
on the width of the memory bus, but at the moment we try and clip to
at a reasonable level.  The ES1000s are pretty limited.
