Keep mach64 pci only

Google suggests that sun used mach64 on their ultra 5/10 on the PCI bus. 
Also, comments in the code say that NONPCI Mach64 probing goes hand in hand 
with CPIO which is not defined on sparc.

Maybe someone more informed on sparc can answer this clearly ?
