Keep mach64 pci only

I would like to merge the mach64-pci-1 branch of xf86-video-ati to master:

Rehashing from the above report:

The attached patchset drops support for pre-mach64 and non-pci cards from 
xf86-video-ati. Is it based on the work by Luc Verhaegen. I think it is 
acceptable because (with a bit of salt :-) the only effective functionality 
loss should be mach32 video modes and it facilitates pci-rework porting of 
atimisc and the ati wrapper. The branch has been tested only on a 
RagePro/i386.

So, speak if you have strong reasons not to merge the branch. Also, ideally 
it should be tested on some other card/arch before merging, so please test 
if possible. In the absence of testing, I'll probably merge the first half 
of the branch now and the rest in due time.
