The upstream bug report is marked as duplicate of another one which is fixed
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13231)

So if it's not fixed for you with git20071223.ad3325f6, you should 
reopen it. Did you read/check what Alex Deucher said there?
