[Bug 12007] TV output garbled with RV280

Thanks a lot for looking into this one. I've now tried latest git with my PAL
TV but I still have a gray, shaky picture. Has anyone got this working
properly? Below are the commands I tried. I also tried few TV out related
options in xorg.conf but no success. Any hints would be much appreciated.

xrandr --addmode S-video 800x600
xrandr --output S-video --mode 800x600
xrandr --output S-video --set tv_standard pal
xrandr --output S-video --off
xrandr --output S-video --mode 800x600
