Second monitor gets always activated

Hello,

With the new driver 6.7.197 my second monitor is always enabled, regardless if it's hooked up or not. This is the output of xrandr after startx:

(second monitor is not hooked up)

xorg.conf is attached, Xorg.0.log is here: http://jan.willies.info/Xorg.0.log

It seems that the values for the second screen in /etx/X11/xorg.conf are ignored. I'm using a XPress 200M 5955 (PCIE) card.
