I run radeontool within X (in an xterm) . I've only the VGA screen working the
DVI screen stay black. I try CRT2Position  ="leftOf" and "Clone", but DVI still
stay black

(WW) RADEON(0): Direct rendering disabled
(WW) RADEON(0): Option "MonitorLayout" is not used
(WW) RADEON(0): Option "CRT2Position" is not used

$ xrandr -q
Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1280 x 1024, maximum 1280 x 1200
VGA-0 connected 1280x1024+0+0 (normal left inverted right) 338mm x 270mm

DVI-0 connected 1280x1024+0+0 (normal left inverted right) 338mm x 270mm
