It looks like the driver thinks the tv is connected and hence it is using a
crtc, leaving none for the vga or dvi ports.  does it help to turn off tv-out
first?

xrandr --output S-video --off
then
xrandr --output VGA-0 --auto
or
xrandr --output VGA-0 --mode 1920x1200 --right-of LVDS
