Can you attach the output from radeontool regmatch '*' for GATOS for both NTSC
and PAL?  Unfortunately, I don't really see much difference in the way the regs
are programmed between the randr driver and GATOS that would cause a problem. 
I'll see what I can figure out about the mouse thing.
