Monitor on DVI-I not detected

In some cases it is necessary to activate a potentially connected CRT,
even if it is not detected, but to allow for connecting LFPs to the same
connector.

For that we'll probably add the attached patch to our next product,
which adds a value "AUTOCRT" for the MonitorLayout option.

If it is specified for an output, the output is set to CRT if no monitor
is found at all and the connector type allows for analog monitors (that
is: only on VGA, DVI-I, DVI-A). "AUTO" would disable the monitor in this
case.

Would the patch in this or another form be acceptable upstream, until
we have complete RANDR 1.2 support? One alternative would be to add
another option.

I also noted, that "AUTO" isn't documented in the man page yet.
