System: Acer Aspire 5022WLMi, Mobility Radeon X700 PCIe, X.org 7.2

Using xf86-video-ati 6.6.191 and radeonfb: When UseFBDev is enabled, the
presence of an external CRT will cause the X server to crash on startup.

Interestingly, MergedFB is disabled, yet appears in the log before the crash.
