[Xorg-driver-ati] most of superpatch in branch on my tree (with regression..)

Okay I merged a second bunch of changes from the superpatch, I've got
a third set queued in the radeon-sp branch of my personal tree..

This regresses on my M7 however, with mergedfb with TMDS,CRT I'm not
getting any output on the CRT....

it's broken my the re-organise FP and CRTC register patch, I'll try
and investigate during the week if no-one gets to it first..
