I'm not a huge fan of seeing the cvt code duplicated yet again. Seems<br>
like we should just add this to RANDR already. Also not a huge fan of<br>
some of the extremely long lines, but maybe I'm just stuck in an 80<br>

Can you point me in the direction of what provides the new pkgconfig<br>
modules mentioned? If this is going to land I'm going to want to be<br>
