This seems pretty unlikely to happen in the short term.

They are constantly kept up to date with the latest X server.

I'd assume you wanted to mirror the repositories on
git.freedesktop.org, since we keep everything in a cvs monorepo.
>From there we can work on other platforms and build machinery.
