Obtaining tinted output from xwd

Hi all,

Before I think about calling this a bug, I am obtaining a strange tint using xwd
on the recent CentOS (`xwd = 1.0.7`) like in the attached file. The steps I can
reproduce this with are:

xwd -silent -root | convert xwd:- screen.png

I tried to change to various color spaces but it seems the problem is not about
swapping colors or using an incompatible color space.

Any help is greatly appreciated,
