Xorg build using JHBuild stops at libdrm

Hello.

Sorry for the English.

I tried to build the Xorg server using JHBuild, the process stopped on the
mesa-drm module.

The fact is that the mesa-drm module refused the assembly system based on
autotools [1], but in the xorg/util/modular/xorg.modules file [2], this
tool is still defined for its assembly. Probably for mesa-drm in the
xorg.modules file need to replace <autotools></autotools> with
<meson></meson>.

I’m not sure of the correctness of the proposal, so I do not attach the
patch. Please make the necessary changes if there really is a problem.
